according to Rudhyar this is in short about mastering timing and techniques in order to achieve a precise goal and progress .. it indicates a certain form of "penetration" 

on a personal level, thanks to will power, intelligence and the mastery of one's body (yoga) we may accelerate our natural process of evolution.



the main feature of this New Moon chart is a stellium in Aquarius composed of Ceres, Sun, Moon, Mars, Neptune, Chiron with two pairs of planets flanking its sides and in a square aspect.
thus on one side, we find the ruler of the Aquarius stellium Uranus in Piscis, still conjunct Jupiter now in Aries - while on the other, we have Venus in Sagittarius conjunct Node and Pluto in Capricorn.
then we have Mercury in late Capricorn forming a sextile to Uranus which could bring its help in the form of sudden feasable solutions.
and standing apart from this strand of planets, we find solitary Saturn in Libra which forms a trine to the Sun.Moon and Mars.

the overall signature here with six planets in the Air element (all in Aquarius except for Saturn in Libra) do call to mind strong winds, storms, excessive speculations and a surplus in brain activity and agitation .

the current station of Ceres and Mars in Aquarius before and after the New Moon alignment, shows a concentration of energy that runs very high and indicates the will power and determination to win a battle or die.
this determination finds an ally in the trine between Sun.Moon and Mars with Saturn - if ever, the well known saying "an iron fist in a velvet glove" finds its perfect expression here.

Venus in Sagittarius, while approaching the Node.Pluto in Capricorn where she will finally rid herself of heavy past/karmic relations, expresses for the time being her reckless need for freedom and new horizons - in her square to Uranus.Jupiter.
but Venus is also forming a sextile with Neptune.Chiron in late Aquarius - so deep down she really aspires to experience healing and feelings true to her deeper self.


i see here that the aspirations for better tomorrows are not enough, we also need deep comprehensive understanding along with a clear unconditioned 'vision' ..

and this can only spring out of serene minds.
