emergence and grounding of a new vision

The Pythia

during this full moon
activating the December 2012 solstice
the Cancer Moon is opposing
the Sun conjunct Pluto
which is part of three major triangular patterns :
a Kite, a T-Square and a Yod.

The T-Square involving Sun.Pluto, Moon and Uranus is once again triggering the social tensions currently at play (Uranus Pluto ongoing square). But we may be seeing some solutions to this 'crisis' now with the help of the kite formation.

A Kite pattern is formed as Sun.Pluto are at the apex point opposite the Moon in Cancer which is in a grand trine with Saturn in Scorpio and Chiron.Neptune in Pisces.
Sun.Pluto stand in sextiles with the latter two and can thus allow for the outward objective manifestation of the balanced self-sufficient fullness of the water trine configuration.

In mutual reception, Saturn in Scorpio and Pluto in Capricorn are sextile and inconjunct to Jupiter retrograde in Gemini, which makes the Yod pattern in this chart, a key to understanding the energies at work : nothing can ever remain the same and in order to flow with life processes, we need to adapt and evolve.
Activated now by the Sun, the yod pattern also called the "finger of God" (already present during the winter solstice) points to the following:
the transformation (Pluto) of outdated established power structures (Saturn) releases its ascending energy through an emerging vision and increased understanding (Jupiter) which will set us on a new journey.

Jupiter rules optimistic Venus and Mercury in Sagittarius and is still in mutual reception to the latter, indicating a hopefull message for the future.

Last but not least, Mars which has just entered Aquarius and is in sextile and mutual reception to its ruler Uranus in Aries, indicates that we will collectively opt more readily for unusual and untried reforms.

sabian symbol
for the Moon :

a group of rabbits dressed in human clothes walk as if on parade.

Key: The tendency in all forms of life to imitate higher forms as a stimulus to growth.  This rather strange symbol points to what is essential in all first attempts at developing consciousness and furthering one’s growth through association with those who have already reached a superior evolutionary or mental level. Every seeker looks for an “Exemplar.” The religious mystic speaks of “the Imitation of Christ.” In Japan the music student sits in front of his teacher playing an instrument, and carefully imitates his every gesture.
At this stage we see at work the basic features at the start of all LEARNING PROCESSES.

This is a symbol of the upward reach of consciousness towards spirit, or of the necessity in all worth-while experience that events in some fashion make their continual and stimulating contribution to whatever values the self may be building into its own nature.  The habiliments of higher implications are always available for a lower life to wear experimentally, thus sharing in what as yet it has not been able to assimilate to itself.  The real is established as it is dramatized.  The keyword is appropriation.  When positive, the degree is unlimited assurance in any projection of self into a superior dimension of reality, and when negative, an ingenuous substitution of affirmation for accomplishment.

for the Sun :

in a sun-lit home domesticated birds sing joyously.

Key: The wholesome happiness which subservience to the ideals and patterns of a well-established culture brings to those who accept them unreservedly.  In various ways this section of the cyclic process brings to us images glorifying the power and benefits which a steady and well-integrated society brings to its members. Saturn rules Capricorn; Saturn was the ruler of the Golden Age before he became a symbol of binding limitations. He who accepts willingly or — even better — takes for granted the value of these limitations can lead a serene and happy existence, whatever his social status.
This stage suggests to us how we can enjoy our life condition by allowing the spiritual values it embodies to fill our consciousness. In every condition provided by a healthy culture — which hardly refers to our present chaotic world — human beings can find ENJOYMENT in the roles they are born to play.

This is a symbol of the descent of spirit or intelligence into every last ramification of everyday reality, and of man’s self-fulfillment as he is successful in shaping circumstances or precipitating events so that they become the ultimate and outward revelation of that higher vision by which he continues to be himself at core.  Here is the actual and impregnable independence of the individual, evident as at length he is able to make his world his own and call on all to share it with him.  The keyword is establishment.  When positive, the degree is an insatiable urge to put everything to use and to employ every least talent of self, and when negative, idle narcissism.
