i am a whisper in the wind

In my simple words

On this plane, the physical self doesn't remember its origin; after birth, an infant gradually starts forgetting and dissociating from higher planes. By coming into resonance with the environment and its density, a veil starts forming between the physical self and the soul. As the forgetting occurs, there will be a gradual need to compensate and build an ego. Over time, the physical self identifies with its mask, the ego, which is somewhat different from the image or idea we have of ourselves. Because the ego is mostly a creation of our subconscious, it carries our shadow (of which we are unaware). In our present times, both the ego and self-image are significant issues to tackle on the ascension journey.

At the beginning, the physical self gradually mingles with all sorts of other beings. According to the expectations it meets in the environment, it starts shielding itself behind a personality, a persona, an image. It wears masks, which can be multiple and fragmented. These masks are the products of our interaction with our early environment, our identifications, and our repressed mental and emotional material.

By projecting their fragmented identity onto the outside, people look for its reflection in the eyes of others. However, because it is a fragmented identity, it feels incomplete and insecure, constantly comparing itself and seeking outside validation. Depending on the karmic bonds within the early environment, if there is an acute imbalance, it can translate into much unrest and traumatic experiences. At times, this can develop into a certain type of personality that may even become compulsive, leading to all sorts of addictions and co-dependencies.

Nowadays, many people follow trends and identify with outer labels, moving further away from their authentic selves. They may also become territorial and competitive with others while engaging in endless, unaligned relationships. When pushed too far, this type may develop a narcissistic personality (selfies) and lose themselves in some toxic patterns.

Some people measure their self-worth through external power and achievements by gathering as much density and material security as possible: they accumulate money, status, recognition, authority, medals, fame, and followers. The problem arises when these pursuits cloud the true essence of being and prevent soul fulfillment. When taken to an extreme and the further one gets from their authentic state of purity and innocence, the personality can become distorted: manipulative, controlling, exploitative, and deceptive.

This type of accumulative process may also have a crystallizing effect over time. There's a growing Saturnian rigidity, and the personality becomes ever more fragile. Its sense of self becomes entirely dependent on external factors.

This is why Saturn represents the boundary between the manifested and the higher dimensions. In evolved souls, Saturn represents mastery in that it knows how to create a healthy relationship between the soul, ego, and environment. It operates as a supportive structure that allows for soul manifestation.

A non-integrated Saturn, on the other hand, operates through the ego and shields its fears and insecurities by wearing masks. The distorted ego, in turn, operates from a sense of separation and lack. The greater the fear, the darker the shadow and the behavior.

This necessary integration process applies to all planets beyond Saturn in the natal chart. Chiron, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto are signifiers to be considered in individuation and anyone's ascension journey.

The ascension process calls for integrating the shadow self: releasing all ego-related fears, dependencies, compensations, and distortions. This is necessary to come into alignment with the soul and the higher self.

The aligned self doesn't need to project an image of itself; it doesn't need to wear a mask, maintain an oversized ego, or seek glitter. It doesn't need to accumulate possessions, power, or comparisons. It doesn't need to dominate or control, manipulate or exploit. It doesn't require mental constructions, theories, or rigid dogmatic beliefs. It doesn't need to pretend to be other than what it is, whether big or small nor does it need to be right or wrong.

When someone has been 'awakened,' the ego starts losing its grip, and a purging is initiated that is proportionally as painful as the resistance from the ego self.

This purging will last as long as necessary for the physical self to align with the soul fully. It will feel called to heal all psychological wounds, embrace its shadow, and transmute it into light—bringing the unconscious into consciousness, expanding its awareness, and becoming aware of its projections and identifications.

The unified soul feels peaceful, complete, and whole, at one with the universe. This is why it can cross the veil and see beyond the masks, projections, discourses, illusions of separation, programming, and the matrix.

The unified self is aligned with the soul and aware of its multidimensionality. It ascends, becomes enlightened, and emanates its light freely and generously. It is one with the flow and may eventually become a pillar of light according to the soul frequency it carries.

Wherever it finds itself, the unified soul just is.

There is no unification without transmutation; it is a highly evolved process of altering and integrating one's higher frequency.

With the release of all attachments and fear-based behaviors, attitudes, relating, and bonding, there is a progressive rising of frequency. All ascending collectives undergo this process in their unique ways.

As for divine counterparts and flames: the journey is one of the masculine and feminine within. It entails ego loss and unconditional love for their twin and leads to complete inner 'unification,' hieros gamos, which results in a change of frequency for both ascending twin flames. Unconditional love and ego loss form one prerequisite before “sacred union” can take place. Ascension for twin flames is not a solo journey because they are two halves who undergo a soul merge and cannot be in alignment with their shared soul and their higher selves unless they both allow union with their twin.

Ultimately, the ascension and change in frequency result from ego loss, which happens in stages. These stages cannot be artificially provoked; they occur according to an inner clock (planetary alignments). However, they can be assisted through various spiritual practices and vibratory methods, such as karmic knot undoing, chakra clearing, mental and emotional resets, psychic influx, meridian point activation, visualization exercises, hypnosis, flower remedies, sound bathing, crystal or light activation, energetic and etheric clearing, yoga, pranayama, and meditation.

During the course of ascension, people change their nutrition (they progressively become vegan, need to eat live foods in ever smaller quantities, and need to drink high vibrational water—but diet is a whole other topic!).

During the course of ascension, you regenerate your physical vessels as well as your mental and emotional bodies. You purify, connect with your light, and reinforce it with daily practice.

As you identify and release all those old masks (one after the other), let go of toxic relationships, cut cords and attachments to all kinds of dark entities, disengage with any type of lower densities, forgive, integrate, and own your shadow, you heal your wounds. You let go of all your fears and expectations. You stop waiting for an outcome, you stop projecting, and you become ever more aligned.

You keep raising your vibration and increasing your frequency. You are in the flow, you stabilize your heart center, and you start manifesting

a new Heaven on a new Earth..

For your Inspiration:

For me, trees have always been the most penetrating preachers. I revere them when they live in tribes and families, in forests and groves. And even more I revere them when they stand alone. They are like lonely persons. Not like hermits who have stolen away out of some weakness, but like great, solitary men, like Beethoven and Nietzsche. In their highest boughs the world rustles, their roots rest in infinity; but they do not lose themselves there, they struggle with all the force of their lives for one thing only: to fulfil themselves according to their own laws, to build up their own form, to represent themselves. Nothing is holy, nothing is more exemplary than a beautiful, strong tree. When a tree is cut down and reveals its naked death-wound to the sun, one can read its whole history in the luminous, inscribed disk of its trunk: in the rings of its years, its scars, all the struggle, all the suffering, all the sickness, all the happiness and prosperity stand truly written, the narrow years and the luxurious years, the attacks with stood, the storms endured. And every young farm-boy knows that the hardest and noblest wood has the narrowest rings, that high on the mountains and in continuing danger the most indestructible, the strongest, the ideal trees grow.

Trees are sanctuaries. Whoever knows how to speak to them, whoever knows how to listen to them, can learn the truth. They do not preach learning and precepts, they preach, undeterred by particulars, the ancient law of life.

A tree says: A kernel is hidden in me, a spark, a thought, I am life from eternal life. The attempt and the risk that the eternal mother took with me is unique, unique the form and veins of my skin, unique the smallest play of leaves in my branches and the smallest scar on my bark. I was made to form and reveal the eternal in my smallest special detail.

A tree says: My strength is trust. I know nothing about my fathers, I know nothing about the thousand children that every year spring out of me. I live out the secret of my seed to the very end, and I care for nothing else. I trust that God is in me. I trust that my labor is holy. Out of this trust I live.

When we are stricken and cannot bear our lives any longer, then a tree has something to say to us: Be still! Be still! Look at me! Life is not easy, life is not difficult. Those are childish thoughts. Let God speak within you, and your thoughts will grow silent. You are anxious because your path leads away from mother and home. But every step and every day lead you back again to the mother. Home is neither here nor there. Home is within you, or home is nowhere at all.

A longing to wander tears my heart when I hear trees rustling in the wind at evening. If one listens to them silently for a long time, this longing reveals its kernel, its meaning. It is not so much a matter of escaping from one's suffering, though it may seem to be so. It is a longing for home, for a memory of the mother, for new metaphors for life. It leads home. Every path leads homeward, every step is birth, every step is death, every grave is mother.

So the tree rustles in the evening, when we stand uneasy before our own childish thoughts: Trees have long thoughts, long-breathing and restful, just as they have longer lives than ours. They are wiser than we are, as long as we do not listen to them. But when we have learned how to listen to trees, then the brevity and the quickness and the childlike hastiness of our thoughts achieve an incomparable joy. Whoever has learned how to listen to trees no longer wants to be a tree. He wants to be nothing except what he is. That is home. That is happiness.
